Some areas of the hotel are in need of renovation, particularly the rooms which were outdated and had dirty walls. Walls were very thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms

The beachfront property is beautiful and modern, with spacious and clean rooms. The comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. The breakfast with a beach view offers plenty of options. The staff is nice and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and assistance. Planning our next trip already.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Copacabana for a week-long vacation and had an amazing experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, close to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful and modern, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe, always offering assistance with a smile. The gym was also a nice perk, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruits and warm dishes. a fantastic stay!

I had an amazing stay here. The location can't be beaten, just across the road from the beach, it was breathtaking. The service was impeccable with 24-hour room service and attentive staff. The breakfast had a fantastic selection and delicious food, a great way to start the day. The staff were all English speaking, making communication easy for foreign travelers like myself.

I got great value for my money at Mercure Rio Boutique Hotel Copacabana. The room, with its vibrant decor and artwork, was a fun and youthful start to my trip. The location right in front of the beach was perfect for beach lovers and party-goers. The staff, especially Mr. Souza, made me feel at home and were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The food for breakfast could have been better with fresher pastries, cheese, and charcuterie options.

Spacious, quiet sea view room. Excellent staff, helpful and English-speaking. Good location on the beachfront, walking distance to the metro. Wi-Fi, hot water, and A/C all worked well. Nice decor and vibe.

The staff were so helpful and professional, especially Philippe at reception. He went out of his way to assist us when our transfer dropped us off at the wrong hotel and we didn't have any cash. Philippe personally paid for our taxi fare and translated for us with the driver. We are extremely grateful for his kindness and assistance. The location of the hotel is perfect, right across from the beach, and the views from our room were stunning. The breakfast was also great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, even with our late check-in.

my recent stay in rio was amazing, and mercure made it even better! the staff were attentive and friendly, especially alan, guilherme, bruno. the location was perfect, right on copacabana beach. the room was comfortable with a great ocean view and the breakfast was delicious, especially the brazilian coffee.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right off the beach. Santa Clara Av and Av. Atlantica offer many restaurants to explore. The staff is very friendly and quick to make up the room. The hotel also offers city tours. We enjoyed our stay.
