The hotel staff was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me like family. Special thanks to William Grille, Pedro Leon, and Sarah for their excellent service. Great location, close to restaurants and wine shops. Comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. Aesthetically pleasing hotel.

Guests have praised the staff for being helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, close to some of the best restaurants in Santa Felicidade. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. We loved the beautiful aesthetic of the hotel, it was very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast served here was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

I would recommend this place to everyone. It truly is a luxurious hotel that offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

The staff at Ibis Styles Santa Felicidade went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. When we had noisy neighbors, they promptly moved us to a quieter room. The location was convenient and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our romantic getaway was great! the rooms were very comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. the breakfast was delicious and we particularly liked the variety of options available. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. One of the best parts of our stay was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable.

One of them was the poor soundproofing of the rooms; we could hear the noise from the street and other guests.
