I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right across the street from Copacabana Beach. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were breathtaking, with stunning sights of both the beach and Christ The Redeemer. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel also offered beach service, where you could secure a spot on the beach with chairs, umbrellas, and towels. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel across from the beautiful Copacabana beach. The location was perfect for enjoying the sun and sand. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary bathroom appliances. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and they promptly addressed any concerns I had. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also loved the stunning view from my room, which added to the overall pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with a metro station right across the street and a breathtaking view of the ocean. Although the building seems to have been around for a while, everything in the property is well-maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and great views. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options for all tastes.

One downside is that there are times when the lifts take longer than expected.

I had a great stay at Windsor. The location was perfect, right near Copacabana beach. The ocean view room on the 6th floor was fabulous, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The roof terrace was also a highlight, offering picturesque views, especially of Christo at night. The hotel staff, particularly Rodrigo at the reception, was kind and cooperative. The room was clean and spacious, and I had a pleasant overall experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel right on the beach in Rio and I couldn't have been happier with everything. The staff at the front desk, especially at Windsor, was always very welcoming and cheerful. The rooftop pool was a perfect respite from the beach, and the breakfast buffet had great variety and delicious fluffy eggs. An unexpected bonus was the free shuttle back to the airport. If I ever return to Rio, I would definitely choose to stay at Windsor Excelsior again.

The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had free Wi-Fi, which was great for staying connected with friends and family back home. The room was not as comfortable as expected, and there were a few unwelcome visitors in the form of small insects. there was some noise from surrounding rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The value for our money at Windsor was fantastic, with a spacious deluxe room and a gorgeous ocean view. The location right across from the beach was amazing and the staff, especially Raffael at reception, were friendly and efficient.
