As young people, we loved the rooftop pool with its amazing views and the beach access provided with chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Impressive breakfast and friendly service. I had a great experience with the breakfast at Windsor. The variety of options was amazing and everything was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. Although the pool was a bit small, I enjoyed the ocean view from my room. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located, close to everything and right in front of the beach. We can walk to many of the attractions in the area, or take a regular cab to reach the ones a bit further away. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, the service is kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. In addition to that, we can enjoy stunning views from the top floor pool areas and take advantage of the good coastal road.

There are some additional fees that we were not aware of, such as a parking fee and a service charge for everything we consume, which may impact our budget.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Rio and was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring various shopping malls and restaurants. The staff treated me with exceptional politeness and made my stay memorable.

The breakfast experience could have been better with the inclusion of good quality coffee, like cappuccino or latte, as a default option.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including a wonderful pool. It was conveniently located close to the beach and relatively close to everything, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast was good, although I wish they had more options for those with dietary restrictions. The staff were helpful and accommodating, changing our room when we had noise issues and providing towels for the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, right by the beach and surrounded by other hotels. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the prices were affordable. the highlight was definitely the swimming pool on the 17th floor, offering stunning views of the ocean. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes, although it could get busy in the mornings. We also loved the convenience of having a kiosk just opposite the hotel, where we enjoyed delicious garlic prawns and broccoli rice.

We enjoyed the two complimentary drinks and the beautiful pool that was clean and well maintained. the location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. It was great to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Our stay was ruined by the rude and unhelpful staff. They seemed to be inconvenienced by any requests we had and didn't provide much information about the hotel or area.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 5, star hotel! the exclusive amenities were exceptional, offering a range of spa treatments and a well, equipped sauna. the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic and the sun terrace provided a perfect place to relax on sun loungers. the restaurant served delicious in, room breakfast and had a great selection of buffet breakfast and poolside snack bar options. The location advantages were unbeatable with easy beach access and the bustling restaurant and bar area. Cons: the only minor issue we had was the restaurant buffet , it was quite busy and at times a little noisy, but this did not detract from the overall luxury experience of this amazing venue.
