The breakfast buffet at Windsor Plaza Brasilia is truly extraordinary. With a wide variety of fruits, fruit juices, cold cuts, cheeses, breads. The omelets and tapioca made to order were delicious, and the expresso coffee was a perfect start to the day. Additionally, the hotel restaurant served very good meals every time. The reliable wifi and wide selection of cable TV channels were also impressive. The cleanliness and quietness of the room, along with the great shower, made for a comfortable stay. The efficient and friendly front desk staff, especially Ana Cristina and Gisane, were always helpful. The added services like the hair and shoe parlors were a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and delicious cuisine.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a sauna, amazing massage, and outdoor swimming pool. The beauty treatments were amazing, and we enjoyed soaking up the sun on the sun loungers while sipping our cocktails from the bar. The continental breakfast was delightful and the in-room breakfast was a great touch. Moreover, the location was convenient with good park views and private facilities were exclusive.

The only minor issue we had with this hotel was the slow service at the restaurant. It took a while for our food to arrive, yet the authentic taste compensated for the wait.
