Stayed at Windsor Plaza and had a great experience. The breakfast selection was good and the staff were extremely helpful, especially when I lost my phone and passport. They also assisted when the taxi I had booked didn't show up. The personnel were professional and the hotel offered great value for money. Check-in and check-out were easy, even with a late arrival and they allowed us to check-out later in the afternoon at no extra cost. The hotel's location in Rio was convenient, and they provided secure storage for our bags after check-out. The cleanliness was impressive and the staff were always friendly and willing to help. The rooftop was a nice touch.

The standard room was quite small and felt cramped for two people. The bathroom was also tiny and didn't allow for much space to move around.

And of course, the coffee was exceptional. the breakfast spread exceeded my expectations.
