The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the beautiful scenery around the hotel. the location was great, close to many attractions and conveniences.

The facilities were overloaded during our Easter stay, making it impossible to enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi. the room service food was a complete disappointment.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with delicious options to start the day. The staff at the valet parking were efficient and made the check-in process easy. Our room had a comfortable king bed and a nice shower. The heated pool with thermal water was a highlight, and we always had clean towels available.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the service is impeccable and the spa & wellness centre is top-notch. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and full body massage. the Spa lounge was perfect for relaxation and we loved the infinity pool.

The only minor issue we experienced was a bit of noise in our room. We were on the first floor and could hear noise from the hallway.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the town center of Gramado. The rooms are comfortable, with king-size beds and hypoallergenic pillows. The bathrooms are well-maintained and the showers provide a pleasant experience. The breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options, and the hot chocolate is simply amazing. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, with heated thermal water and always stocked with fresh towels.

The check-in and check-out process can be time-consuming.
