Great place to enjoy Christmas vacation. the hotel had a lovely pool where we spent most of our days and the restaurant had delicious food. the location was perfect and close to all the main attractions. the hotel had a spacious room and we were able to easily accommodate our family of five.

The hotel service was incredibly slow and sometimes even unresponsive. We had numerous problems with our AC and it took several hours before someone finally came to fix it.

Spacious rooms with good aircon. Parking in front of rooms. Variety of pools, sauna, and whirlpool. Large restaurant and separate bar. Outdoor activities for kids. Car rental and tour office available. Great breakfast with fruit, bread, omelets, and drinks. Beautiful surroundings with wildlife.

We stayed at a hotel just on the outskirts of town, making it convenient to access all major attractions in the area. The rooms were comfortable with clean beddings and cozy blankets. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was excellent. The hotel had a swimming pool which was perfect for a refreshing cool down in the afternoons. there were supervised activities for children, keeping them entertained throughout our stay.

The internet connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our visit.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. the garden area and outdoor swimming pool are beautifully designed and very relaxing. the room's facilities are fantastic, including a private terrace and a Jacuzzi. the restaurant and bar have a great ambiance, and the breakfast options are varied and delicious. the hotel's location is impressive, surrounded by nature, and perfect for eco-tourism.

The only minor issue this hotel has is the slow service, which results in long waiting times for requests.

I really felt like I got great value for my money at Zagaia Eco Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The resort's location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the staff treated me with kindness and warmth.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more fresh vegetables and fruits.
