We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The spa and restaurant were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The spacious and comfortable bedrooms were perfect for our family, especially with our two small kids. The breakfast offered good quality food, and the hotel even accommodated our request for a driver to take us to Bucharest after check-out. a great stay with wonderful amenities.

The reception desk at Agusta Spa was incredibly helpful during our stay. We had a special request for a Christmas Day dinner reservation and they went above and beyond to secure one for us. The room itself was very comfortable, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the city and the mountains. It was such a treat to wake up to such a beautiful sight. The hotel also had a pool and sauna, which were nice extras. Although the sauna wasn't working initially, we were able to start it ourselves. The hotel also provided free parking, which was convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with spotless rooms and fresh-smelling linens and towels. The Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel was excellent. Additionally, the location was good, just a short walk from the old town. I would highly recommend Agusta Spa for a restful and enjoyable stay.

We had a great city break at a charming hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. , the location was perfect in terms of being close to the city center and having easy access to the main attractions. Plus, we really enjoyed the underground parking as it was convenient and safe for our car.

We did have a few minor disappointments that made our stay less than perfect. the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noises from other guests quite easily.
