The hotel is situated in a very convenient location close to several restaurants and a beautiful park. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our city trip. The room was spacious with modern furnishings and the bed was comfortable.

The noise level was quite high due to thin walls which made it difficult to sleep at times. The breakfast was not up to our expectations and lacked variety.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with a beautiful park nearby and easy access to banks, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, offering a luxurious experience at an affordable price. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. The staff, particularly Ms. Angelica and Ms. Broyana, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They even arranged a personalized tour with a knowledgeable archaeologist, making our visit to Turnovo truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, luxurious facilities, and exceptional staff.
