I had a great stay at Alliance Hotel for 3 nights. The staff was kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing assistance throughout our stay. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and high-quality cotton sheets. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the pick-up service from the airport, which made my trip much easier. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the main square and offers indoor private parking.

Best aspects of my Easter stay at this hotel included the spacious room with a nice view and the free parking. the hotel's location was also ideal as it was close to the old town and a shopping mall, plus there was a sport hall nearby. the room was clean and comfortable with great amenities.

Worst aspects of my Easter stay at this hotel included the lack of variety for breakfast, the bad smell throughout the hotel, and the unreliable wifi. Our room was not properly cleaned on one of the days, and the hotel was situated in a not-so-great neighborhood that made walking to the city center a bit challenging and dangerous.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by two things. the rooms were spacious and had a modern design, making them comfortable and visually appealing. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, allowing me to explore the festive atmosphere of Plovdiv easily.

the walls were quite thin, and I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive. the bathroom could have been better equipped, as there was no shower curtain, resulting in water splashing on the floor.
