The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the hotel also offered free shuttle services to nearby towns and supermarkets, which was very convenient. the spa facilities were fantastic, with a range of amenities such as indoor pools, Jacuzzis, and saunas.

The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, making it difficult to stay connected. the hotel also didn't live up to its claim of being a 4-star resort and spa, as the pool was small and there was only one sauna.

Awesome view, delicious breakfast, warm room, great play room, spacious apartment, excellent for families.

We had a fantastic stay at this apart hotel. the price was great for our weekend getaway. the apartment, although not spacious, was clean and warm. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm temperature of the swimming pool water. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. Another perk was the free wi-fi! it was a typical apart hotel with limited amenities, but definitely good value for money. the staff at Trademark was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances.

We had an amazing time at this resort! The location was perfect as it was very close to the gondola, making it easy for us to access the slopes for a day of skiing. The room was spacious and clean, with a heated floor in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of options to start our day. We also enjoyed the spa facilities after a long day of activities. a great experience for families!

The shuttle service to and from the resort could have had more frequent timings.

The accommodation was fantastic, and it offered great value for money. the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the SPA, were perfect spots for relaxation and rest! the location was ideal for our needs during this business trip, being close to important locations and transportation connections.

One of the worst aspects was the poor quality of the restaurant's menu, which didn't meet our expectations. we experienced some issues with the internet connection, which impacted our productivity.
