Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The SPA facilities are amazing, especially the variety of pools with hydromassage and the unique "ice room". The massage service was excellent and left both me and my wife very pleased. The hotel's location next to Cleptuza lake provides a great park for leisurely walks. The food at the restaurant was good as well.

The hotel had a nice outdoor pool and the spa facilities were great. the saunas and relaxing room were very enjoyable. the bathrobes provided were a plus, making it easy to go from our room to the spa. the wifi connection was fast and the breakfast had a decent selection.

The hotel was a huge disappointment. the working hours of the facilities were not accommodating.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the beautiful Kleptuza lake, just across the entrance in the park. This offers a peaceful and picturesque environment for relaxing walks and enjoying nature. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, satisfying different preferences.

The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was not reliable, often dropping and extremely slow when it did work.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were spacious, bright, and absolutely spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa and pool facilities. Despite having families with kids around, it never felt too crowded. We had a great time relaxing in the pools and indulging in spa treatments. We are definitely recommending this place to our family and friends.
