We had an amazing vacation at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski slopes and the Gondola ski lift. We loved how convenient it was to hit the slopes and enjoy our favorite sport. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where we had the chance to relax and rejuvenate after a long day on the slopes. The staff were exceptional, providing us with outstanding hospitality and making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay at Bellevue Residence in Bansko. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the ski lift and all the great restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The sauna and steam room were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a ski holiday.

The location of this hotel was great, it was in the middle of the ski resort which made skiing an accessible activity. Another aspect that we enjoyed was the spacious room that we were allocated, as well as the comfortable bed. Lastly, the spa was a great place to unwind after a day of skiing.

the staff members were not that helpful, they seemed to be disinterested in our needs. Lastly, we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, and there were dirty towels lying around.

They went above and beyond to assist us with everything from ordering meals to finding a ski tutor for our daughter. the hotel's spa was also a highlight, offering a range of facilities and a clean and spacious environment. We will definitely be returning.
