The breakfast options were tasty, and some rooms even offered bidets. Additionally, the helpful staff went above and beyond by assisting with train ticket purchases and accommodating late-night food delivery requests.

Limited options for private parking, but the staff offered alternative parking solutions and even allowed guests to park in their staff garage overnight.

This made it easy to explore the city and also provided easy access to transportation, including the airport.

The room was spacious enough for three adults and their luggage. And when we faced a problem on our last day, the staff came to our rescue and ensured we didn't miss our bus. it was a very good experience. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Our romantic escape was enjoyable thanks to two complementary facts offered that were just right for us. the location was ideal as it was close to the main attraction spots we were interested in, and we could easily walk there. Another advantage that we appreciated was the availability of a 24-hour desk service that allowed us to check-in and check-out smoothly.

There were a few flaws that disrupted the romance a bit. the view from our room was not impressive, and we were disgusted by the smell of meat that lingered in the left dining room.

Despite being near a busy road, my room on the 6th floor had a nice view and was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying, and the WiFi worked great. I had a pleasant stay and would choose this hotel again.

I stayed at a hotel in Sofia that was conveniently located in the city center. It was just a short walk to all the historical sites and close to Sardika metro station. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, and the tea tray in the room was a nice touch. it was a comfortable stay with excellent location and service.

I was disappointed to find that there were no slippers provided in the room.

The bed was comfortable, shower was clean and chic, staff was caring and helpful, room was cozy and not noisy, shuttle services were convenient, TV channels were diverse.
