We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, with the beach, park, and city center all within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was fantastic with high-quality toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The amenities were top-notch, including free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered great services such as room service and laundry. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to others.

I loved that it was just steps away from the Sea Park, and within a short walking distance to the pedestrian mall and the Black Sea esplanade. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a large bathroom and luxurious room design. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch with daily cleaning. The underground parking was also very convenient, making it easy for me to have a worry-free stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. And of course, the breakfast was excellent, with multiple choices and plates available.

The elevator/lift can be quite small and slow, causing some inconvenience for guests.

The furniture and interior style were outdated, and the room was on the small side. the windows didn't open completely and weren't soundproof, so we could hear the noise from the street.

The value for money at Capitol was excellent, with a stylish and high quality breakfast. The location was perfect, on a quiet street near both the Garden and the Centre. The staff, particularly the guy in the restaurant, were exceptional and always smiling and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice, with no noise disturbance and well-insulated walls. The AC and internet worked well, and parking options were convenient. a 4+ star hotel and the best choice in town at this budget. Highly recommended!
