This hidden gem exceeded my expectations. the Italian-style decor is stunning, both inside and outside. It's a kid-friendly place with great afternoon activities, such as pool animation, a kids' disco, and evening movies. the food is fantastic, with plenty of vegan and healthy options, plus an ice cream trolley for the children. the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are impeccably clean. But what I loved the most were the fantastic thermal zone and mineral pools.

While the hotel itself is exceptional, the surrounding area was a bit dirty and trashy. It's not a well-maintained area, and there are lots of stray dogs.

Excellent food variety and quality, including options for kids, babies, and vegetarians. Spacious rooms with floor heating in the bathrooms. Great indoor pools and spa facilities. Cosy and stylishly decorated hotel with a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

Here, I found a luxury haven with exceptional amenities and attentive staff. the magnificent seafront location and lush garden provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere that captivated me. the spa and wellness centre, with its divine mineral water, is a must-visit, as well as the awesome outdoor swimming pool, where I lounged on comfortable sun beds. the food at the restaurant was divine, with healthy options and a great kids' menu. the private beach was fantastic, providing easy beach umbrellas access and a stunning view of the clear blue waters.

There was a miscommunication from the management which led to my card being charged twice, and an additional payment being requested in cash.
