I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. First of all, the location couldn't have been better. It was right in the center of the city, so everything was within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast options were fantastic, catering to all tastes. this hotel offers excellent value for money with attention to detail in every aspect.

Everything was perfect, nothing to improve.

We had such a lovely stay at this superb three-star hotel in Ruse! The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - close to the main square and the Danube river. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and we even got a 10% discount at nearby restaurants. we highly recommend this hotel for a nice and relaxing stay in the city!

Convenient location, 1 min walk from main square. Room was spacious, clean and had a sliding desk. Large windows with comfy sills. Upgraded room for free. Friendly staff. Excellent wifi. Complimentary water and farewell wine. Cozy atmosphere, like old aristocratic Russe. Lift available.

Great breakfast with a variety of options and coffee served fresh. the location of the accommodation was perfect, making it easy to find food and other necessities—just a few minutes walk to the pedestrian shopping street. the hotel is also near most of the tourist attractions in town, including museums. the Wi-Fi service was exceptional and very fast. the hotel also had friendly staff who were welcoming and always willing to assist.

I didn't appreciate the size of the rooms. the sizes were small and could be problematic if you have a lot of luggage.
