I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city plaza. The location was perfect, right in the center of restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Peter at the front desk, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted with the hotel's central location, just a few steps away from the bustling city center. While there were some positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks to my experience. the size of the bathroom was quite small, which made it a bit inconvenient to move around.

Who needs parking when you can circle the block 10 times? The tap water was a great way to test my immune system. And the English skills of the staff? Well, who needs to communicate on vacation anyway?

the bus 409 from the airport stopped very close to the hotel, making it easy to get there. the bed in my room was comfortable, which was important to me as I have had back issues in the past. Throughout my one-week stay, I had no trouble with the mattress. the Deluxe Suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable. being situated near the downtown walking area was a major plus. Despite the seagulls being noisy at night, the windows effectively canceled out the noise.
