Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the spacious and clean rooms, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The location was perfect for our visit to the nearby Rila 7 Lakes trail. The breakfast was delicious and we especially enjoyed the hot chocolate and the beautiful mountain view from the dining area.

The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable to sleep at night, and there were no mosquito nets on the windows. , the staff did not speak much English which made it difficult to communicate with them.
