Stayed here on NYE with my daughter. Fabulous hotel, superb room with balcony and amazing staff. The gentleman who showed us to our parking space was especially helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location to explore the city on foot. The double room was very spacious and had an incredible view towards the Vitosha mountain. The hotel catered for my request and I got a quiet room with a balcony on the 5th floor. Bathroom with bath tub. L’occitane products provided. Breakfast choice was plentiful. Kind reception staff. Free secure parking. Internet worked very well. Fantastic hotel, excellent food. One of the best 4-star boutique hotels I have stayed in Europe. Winner for those seeking affordable, high-quality accommodation. Great fitness center and massages on offer. Fully recommend.

I recently stayed at the charming Crystal Palace Boutique in Sofia for a scientific conference. The location was excellent, within a 15-minute walk to the city center but still in a quieter area. The hotel itself was elegant and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent and the fitness center offered great amenities. The staff was professional and trusting. it's one of the best 4-star boutique hotels I've stayed in throughout Europe, surpassing even some 5-star hotels.

We loved the convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, parks, and stadium. Being party people, it was great to have everything we needed so close by. The underground parking option, though at an extra cost, was a lifesaver as we didn't have to search for other services. The room was spacious, clean, with a fantastic view of the park. The bed was big and comfortable, perfect for our stay.

The hotel's location was lovely, with a short walk to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and other places of interest. There were also several bars and restaurants nearby. a beautiful location.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot, with several key sights within walking distance. The hotel is situated in the embassy district, which adds to the charm of the area. The staff is always friendly and the service is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself has an elegant ambiance. We especially enjoyed the in-room amenities, such as ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The dining options at this venue are also superb, with a restaurant serving a delicious buffet breakfast and a lobby bar offering coffee and snacks. our experience at this hotel was very pleasant and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I recently stayed at Crystal Palace Boutique for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located in a beautiful and central neighborhood, close to parks for leisurely walks. The cleanliness was impeccable, even the bathroom had luxurious L’Occitane toiletries. The wifi worked flawlessly and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also offers rare underground parking in the area, making it even more convenient.

The room was extra spacious and had a lovely view of the park. Despite being close to attractions, it was quiet at night. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

It was nice to have a spacious and clean room to stay in. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was centrally located and easy to explore the city from there. Plus, the staff were very helpful and responsive to any issues or questions.

There were a few downsides to our stay. First, the minibar fridge in the room was broken and couldn't be fixed due to the holiday weekend.
