The breakfast and dinner were tasty with a good salad selection. Twin rooms well-furnished for winter clothes. Close to ski terrains, especially Yastrebets gondola. Polite and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Borovets and had a great experience. the location was perfect - right in the center and just a short walk to the gondola. This made it incredibly convenient for skiing. Secondly, the staff were fantastic. The lady at the reception was particularly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed. I especially liked that some rooms had terraces where we could enjoy the view. it was great value for money with breakfast included.

The only small thing that could be improved was the selection of food. While the hotel provided sufficient meals, it would have been nice to have more choices available.

From the moment I arrived, the friendly check-in staff made me feel welcome and even helped arrange my airport transfer at a great price. They went the extra mile by sending a driver with a sign bearing my name to pick me up from the airport. The complimentary WiFi, with no need for a password, was a convenient perk. While waiting for my room, I decided to use the gym and sauna. Though the gym wasn't perfect, I managed to get in a good workout. The real highlight, however, was the shower in my room. The water pressure was excellent, which was incredibly refreshing after a long day on the slopes. The hotel's central location in Borovets made it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying local cuisine. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like the dated rooms and inconsistent information from staff, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a great stay and would definitely return.
