The breakfast and dinner were tasty with a good salad selection. Twin rooms well-furnished for winter clothes. Close to ski terrains, especially Yastrebets gondola. Polite and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Borovets and had a great experience. the location was perfect - right in the center and just a short walk to the gondola. This made it incredibly convenient for skiing. Secondly, the staff were fantastic. The lady at the reception was particularly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed. I especially liked that some rooms had terraces where we could enjoy the view. it was great value for money with breakfast included.

The only small thing that could be improved was the selection of food. While the hotel provided sufficient meals, it would have been nice to have more choices available.

We enjoyed the sauna after a long day on the slopes, and the staff brought us cake in our room on Christmas day, which was a nice touch. the room was warm and clean.

The beds were uncomfortable and lumpy, which made it difficult to have a good night's sleep. the walls were thin, and we could hear noise from other guests.
