We found a great value for the price. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk to the gondola and close to the vibrant nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location, just a short five-minute walk to the ski lift and main street. The pool area was fantastic, and we enjoyed taking a dip after a long day on the slopes. The staff were polite and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The spacious and clean room had a huge wardrobe and a safe for our belongings, and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained, with the old lady lavender hand soap being a nice touch. we highly recommend staying here.

We spent Christmas in a hotel in Bansko and we had a great time. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift and close to the main street with shops and restaurants. the shuttle bus was also a very convenient option. the spa facilities were nice, and we spend some time relaxing there. the room was cosy and had a big comfortable bed. there was a nice surprise waiting for us in the room when we arrived.

Although the breakfast was ok, there wasn't a lot of variety, and the same food was served every day. the coffee machine was not very good either.

We stayed here for our Ski vacation. Could not fault this place. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Fantastic location near ski shops, bars, and restaurants. Short walk to the main Gondola lift. 100% recommend.
