Additionally, the rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities such as LCD TVs, DVD players, and comfortable furniture. The daily cleaning service ensures a neat and tidy stay for guests. The breakfast, although not impressive, satisfies our needs, and the hotel offers various facilities including a sauna, jacuzzi.

The hotel lacks a lift, which can be inconvenient for guests with heavy suitcases or mobility issues.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bansko. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Gondola Lift and the city square. the hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the rooms were well-heated despite the freezing temperatures outside. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. Our duplex room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities, including a big LCD TV, DVD player, and even a fireplace. the services provided, such as gondola transport, sauna, and jacuzzi, were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at Hotel Elitsa, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room. The comfortable bed and efficient heating ensured a cozy and relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient daily mini-bus service to the gondola station saved us valuable time. I also appreciated the availability of a secure room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast, although not extraordinary, provided enough options to satisfy our needs.

The room was spacious and the heating was great. the hotel provides a shuttle service to a nearby attraction that saves you lots of time.

The staff couldn't speak English, which made communication really hard for us. the food was below average and we were charged for items we didn't consume from the mini bar.
