Spotless, cozy rooms with comfortable beds. Decent size pool and good wifi. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and flexible staff. Child-friendly with a nice playground. Perfect location near lake and restaurants. Planning to return next year.

Great Christmas atmosphere and decorations, and beautiful location in the countryside. The rooms were cozy and had good heating. We enjoyed the variety of activities offered, such as hiking and horse riding. The food was decent and there were plenty of options.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and the service was slow. The pool was dirty and smelled bad.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even when they were not on duty. They provided excellent assistance in perfect English, which made navigating the area much easier for us. The next morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast with homemade delicacies and plenty of information about the region. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice large bed and a terrace that offered a great view.

No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.
