the location was perfect, with the main attractions and the train station only 15-20 minutes away. the room itself was modern and clean, and surprisingly comfortable despite being directly under the roof. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hostel had a lot of character. I highly recommend Temple House for its excellent location and comfortable stay.

The hostel is clean, calm, and well-located with a great view of the area. The private room was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The owners were friendly and easy to talk to. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe going out at night and returning to the hostel. The location is close to the Kapana district, with plenty of shopping and dining options. Thank you!

I had a great stay at this hostel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right on the main street near the Drama theatre. The hostel had everything I needed - clean and comfortable rooms with super comfortable beds and fresh linens. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot city. The staff was friendly and helpful, even assisting with storing my luggage. The hostel also had a bar on site, offering a great atmosphere. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, lounge area, and strong WiFi. it was a fantastic value for the price.

The bathrooms could have been cleaned more often, as there was often hair in and around the drain. The carpets in the rooms could also have been vacuumed more frequently.

Staff can be rude and unclear about the rules. There were times when toilet paper was not available.

The noise level at night was a major drawback during our stay. There were parties going on nearby which we could hear from our room, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
