Friendly and professional staff, excellent food and spa, nice room, convenient location.

I stayed at this place recently and I have to say that the experience was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The newly renovated spa area was absolutely amazing, with saunas, steam rooms, and heated swimming pools. I also loved the location, being close to the old town and having a beautiful outdoor pool area. I was extremely happy with my stay at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the ring road. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. There are also shops and commercial services on-site, perfect for any last-minute needs. The room amenities are fantastic, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensure a peaceful night's sleep, and the air conditioning keeps the room at a comfortable temperature. The dining options here are plentiful, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area, and a lobby bar. The dinner and breakfast served here are delicious, and the staff is always attentive to your needs.

The staff was not the best, with some waiters trying to overcharge at the bar and main restaurant, and a rude employee at the casino. Additionally, the majority of the staff does not speak English, except for the receptionist.

the hotel was brilliant, with clean and tidy rooms that had super comfy beds. the apartment was spacious, and the staff were very nice and polite. the highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing spa. I made the most of it during my two-night stay. the outside pool area was also lovely, with plenty of space and comfortable seating. Another great aspect was the hotel's proximity to the old town, making it a pleasant walk in the evening to find traditional places to eat. the breakfast included with the room was incredibly rich, offering a wide variety of options.

I recently had a city break at a hotel that was equipped with great amenities, including a spa, swimming pool, and a restaurant. the staff members were also exceptional and were always ready to help with anything we needed. the room was well-appointed with perfect temperature control to allow us to relax and recharge after our long journeys. the location was marvelous and was conveniently situated close to the attractions we wanted to take in.

Although the amenities and staff were superb, the room had a few technical issues that were a letdown. the Wi-Fi connection was spotty, making it hard to work efficiently from the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel. The spa was exceptional, with a wide variety of saunas and steam baths to choose from. The food served in the main restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of salads, main dishes, and fruits. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
