The service is efficient, with staff quick to handle any issues, such as a broken pipe. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, such as a gym and spa, to enhance the overall experience.

Staff in some areas, such as the restaurants, were lacking in service and competence.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel conveniently located in a great spot in Burgas. the hotel had a touch of old-era charm in its style, but the management had done a proper refurbishment. the rooms were incredibly spacious and nicely separated from each other, providing plenty of privacy. the bed size was amazing, it could easily fit four grown people. the sauna area was definitely worth a visit, especially if you wanted to relax during a rainy weekend getaway. They had a variety of saunas to choose from, it was truly impressive. the location of the hotel was also very good, right on the beach and just a 5-minute walk from the city and the city park. the rooms were clean and large, and the breakfast and food in the restaurant were excellent. the pool and spa area were also great, and we even took a look at the beach area, which seemed quite nice. the overall customer service and hospitality were fantastic, with each employee going out of their way to make our stay memorable. We truly enjoyed our time at Primoretz and will definitely be back.

This hotel exceeded our luxury expectations with its exclusive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and spa center including beauty treatments and massages. We were impressed that the private facilities offered personalized room service breakfast and dinner, with a bar and lounge area serving fine drinks and food. the hotel's beach access and garden areas provided the perfect backdrop for our relaxation.

The minor issue we experienced was that the shower facilities were not as we expected, with a small amount of water pressure.
