As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the spacious rooms and the variety of facilities offered at the hotel. The indoor pool was a great bonus, and we enjoyed the different massage types available. The separate coffee corner and cocktail bars throughout the hotel were a nice touch. The a la carte restaurants provided excellent dining options, and we were impressed by the availability of baby food at the restaurant. the hotel offered a wide range of services and attention to detail, making it a perfect choice for our group.

Stayed at a hotel with an amazing location right on the beach, perfect for families with kids. the food was diverse and deliciously prepared all day long, including a truly impressive molecular kitchen gala dinner in the end. the staff is attentive and helpful, especially Ivo, who showed us around the stunning infinity pool upstairs and gave great tips on the area and what to do during our free time.

The parking place was really far away and pricey, which made it difficult to access the hotel. there were limited hours to get pool towels or make reservations for the sky pool, which created unnecessary stress.

The hotel is in a prime location, right on the promenade and close to the beach. It offers easy access to the beautiful sandy beach, allowing guests to enjoy the seaside without any hassle. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, providing a comfortable stay for guests. Additionally, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors.

A pleasant surprise during my stay was the variety and quality of the food at Grifid. The buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, and I particularly enjoyed the themed nights at the dining restaurant. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find soya and almond milk available for breakfast. Another highlight was the fantastic range of drinks available, allowing me to experience the local Bulgarian offerings. The location of the hotel was also favorable, with convenient access to the beach and a short distance from nearby shops. Despite a few minor issues, I will definitely recommend this hotel for its great facilities and tasty culinary offerings.
