We had a great stay at a hotel in Sofia. The location was perfect, right next to a metro station and close to the National Culture park. We were able to easily explore the city and had an amazing view from our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The breakfast had a decent variety of options and the hotel had some nice facilities to enjoy.

There was one negative aspect of our stay, which was the noise from nearby clubs at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sofia and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. the value for money was excellent - the prices were very reasonable considering the location in a quiet area in the center of the town with an amazing view. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - the staff at the hotel were attentive and provided great service. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms on the superior floors were fantastic, especially the sofa with socialist decorations. It added a unique touch to the room. The only minor issue was the inadequate shower curtain, but overall, I had a great stay.

All was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

I had a super early check-in at Hemus and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They even allowed me to leave my bag with them until my room was ready, which was incredibly helpful. The location was also convenient, with easy access to Vitosha Boulevard and nice bars nearby. The breakfast had lots of food choices and was of decent quality. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Christmas vacation stay was enjoyable as complementary sweets and mulled wine were provided in the lobby. the hotel's location was central with easy access to key tourist attractions. the room had a great balcony view.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning drained onto the bathroom floor making it inconvenient to use.

Friendly staff, beautiful view from 14th floor, comfortable location with metro station nearby, shopping malls in close proximity, good shower, adequate room size.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Large room with good view, quiet and comfortable. Convenient location near Metro station and mall. Secure parking and 24 hr McDonalds nearby. Upgrades being made for future improvements. No hot water rumors false, plenty available.

I had the most incredible view from my room at Hemus Hotel. I could see the beautiful city skyline right from my window. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable. I'd recommend this hotel for its stunning location and accommodating service.
