The indoor pool can get overcrowded during swim lessons, making it difficult to fully enjoy the facilities.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Sofia for a weekend getaway. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, which is a rarity in Bulgaria. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed with a separate shower and bathtub. The free spa area and swimming pool were a highlight, as they were not crowded and provided a relaxing experience. The hotel's location in the business park was convenient, with restaurants, shops, and a small park nearby. Additionally, being within walking distance of a cinema center and the underground was a bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shop just near the little lake and is not far from the airport. It is also convenient for those visiting the Business park. The hotel's onside sitting area offers a nice place to relax. The rooms are well-designed and clean, with stylish bathrooms. The staff is friendly and service-oriented, providing excellent assistance. The breakfast and lunch options are delicious and offer plenty of variety. The hotel also offers a well-equipped fitness room and effective airport shuttle service.

One drawback is the lack of English channels on the TV in the rooms.

What a wonderful Christmas stay! The hotel had such a cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations and festive music. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The prime location was perfect for walking to nearby shops and restaurants, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. Plus, the pool and gym facilities were an added bonus to help us work off all the delicious holiday treats.

The Wi-Fi was quite expensive and the TV channels were limited, which made it difficult to watch our favorite holiday movies. the shower had poor drainage and would flood the bathroom.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and were impressed by the luxurious amenities fulfilled in our room. The spa center was exceptional, boasting a wide range of massage and beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool was stunning, surrounded by sun loungers and with views of the city. The sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were also perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the continental breakfast, it lacked variety and felt overpriced. However, there were plenty of local cafes nearby serving delicious breakfast options.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both for a full breakfast and continental. The business park was clean and had a number of good restaurants, coffee shops, banks, and a supermarket. The hotel is conveniently located near a clean and fast tube train that takes you to the center of Sofia in under £1. The reception staff, especially the leader "Petyla," was polite and willing to help. The restaurant next to the reception desk provided excellent service and a great breakfast prepared by a creative chef. The hotel also offered a free spa area and swimming pool, which were not crowded during my stay. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel had a cinema center, underground transportation, and other amenities.

Felt privileged, no complaints at all.
