We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities at Holiday Park. The pool, bar, and restaurant were all satisfactory and met our needs. The size of the room was decent and we appreciated the effort from the staff to make our stay comfortable.

One specific incident that stood out to us was when we encountered a problem with the hairdryer. However, the hotel staff promptly brought us a new one, showing their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction.

I had such an amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, I could tell that this place was run by professionals. The staff, despite it being the end of the summer season, were all still smiling, responsive, and diligent in their duties. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet location, with easy access to the center of Golden Sands just a couple of stairs away. But what I loved the most was the beautiful beach that was only a short 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel even provided a shuttle service to the beach on a daily basis. It was such a treat to spend my days relaxing on the sandy shores and enjoying the crystal clear waters.

During our weekend stay at this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds and the friendliness of the lobby and pool bar staff. the hotel was immaculate and the maids were constantly working to maintain it. the food was varied, tasty, and we especially enjoyed the soup, and there was plenty to choose from with great coffee or tea. We also appreciated the complimentary and speedy Wi-Fi and the abundance of shaded areas around the hotel.

The location was a bit hard to find at first, but we understand the quiet and tucked-away ambiance. Lastly, while the F&B manager was helpful and attentive, the bar staff could have been better trained to understand and communicate in English.

I recently stayed at Holiday Park for my business trip and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. The hotel also offered accessible parking lots, which was very convenient. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip.

Despite being advertised as a 4 or 3-star hotel, we found it more on par with a 2-star establishment. the room had minor issues such as mold on the shower curtain and a noisy ventilation fan. the door lock wasn't fully functional, and the canal cover was missing. the hotel staff was very friendly, and the pool area was open, sunny, and not crowded. There were sufficient tables in the restaurant, and we appreciated the daily towel changes and availability of fresh fruits.
