We had an amazing stay at a hotel with great facilities and breathtaking mountain views. The spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and convenient shuttle service to the ski gondola made our family vacation hassle-free. The staff were kind and even provided us with breakfast to go when we checked out early in the morning. The pools and jacuzzi area were a hit with both adults and kids, keeping everyone entertained even on rainy days. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic family getaway.

our stay in bansko was amazing, but 7 pools boutique hotel & spa took it to another level. the apartment was well-equipped, the staff was friendly, and the spa facilities were top-notch. we enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the quiet location added to the overall tranquility of our valentine's day getaway.

Cleaning needs improvement.

Rooms: Clean, spacious for 3 people. Spa: Great pools for adults and kids, lovely jacuzzi and sauna. Massage was delightful. Breakfast: Nice selection of fruit, cheese, cereal, eggy bread, and donuts. Overall rating: 9/10.

Location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the fresh mountain air. the breakfast was complimentary and the coffee was strong and delicious. We enjoyed the complimentary trampoline and the staff was friendly.

We also found out the hard way that the air conditioning did not work, making for a very uncomfortable and restless night. our romantic escape was dampened by these disappointing aspects.

The lack of a restaurant and a nearby supermarket was a bit inconvenient.
