We had a great experience at Alfaresort Thermal. the staff was quick to respond and very friendly. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were professional and helpful. the outdoor pool, although small, was nice and provided a relaxing experience. the spa and relaxation area were absolutely fabulous, with beautiful views of the river and a calming atmosphere. the Russian bath and sauna were clean and well-maintained. the location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

There was nothing I didn't like. 😊

The surroundings are stunning with beautiful scenery from the window, while the rooms and pool are clean. The sauna and relaxing area by the river are a great addition. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, are quick, professional, and friendly. it's excellent value for money.

The hotel had excellent facilities with a sauna, Russian bath, and two pools. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The staff were polite and friendly, and the food choices at breakfast were great. The pool was also very nice and exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the pool was open 24 hours, perfect for a dip anytime. The facilities, including the sauna and Russian bath, were top-notch. The hotel had a modern and pleasing aesthetic throughout, making it a visually appealing stay.

There were some issues with the pool temperature on a few days, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in.

Location is great as you can see nature from the rooms and it is close to a river, perfect for a walk. the staff is friendly and always smiley, they do their best to help you. the food was tasty and always fresh during breakfast and dinner.

The room was incredibly cold during winter and there were no heaters available, making the night almost unbearable. the bathroom had no hooks or shelves, so nowhere to hang towels or set your toiletries.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. They even went out of their way to cater to my gluten-free needs. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a small outdoor pool that felt like a hot tub and a beautiful spa and relaxation area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a serene river. The hotel's location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.
