We had a great experience at Alfaresort Thermal. the staff was quick to respond and very friendly. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were professional and helpful. the outdoor pool, although small, was nice and provided a relaxing experience. the spa and relaxation area were absolutely fabulous, with beautiful views of the river and a calming atmosphere. the Russian bath and sauna were clean and well-maintained. the location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel had excellent facilities with a sauna, Russian bath, and two pools. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The staff were polite and friendly, and the food choices at breakfast were great. The pool was also very nice and exceeded our expectations.

There were some issues with the pool temperature on a few days, which made it uncomfortable to spend time in.

Location is great as you can see nature from the rooms and it is close to a river, perfect for a walk. the staff is friendly and always smiley, they do their best to help you. the food was tasty and always fresh during breakfast and dinner.

The room was incredibly cold during winter and there were no heaters available, making the night almost unbearable. the bathroom had no hooks or shelves, so nowhere to hang towels or set your toiletries.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a small outdoor pool that felt like a hot tub and a beautiful spa and relaxation area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a serene river. The hotel's location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.
