Lovely little spot, friendly staff especially barman. Good, reasonably priced food. Slightly far from ski lifts, but free shuttle available. Limited cleaning, but not an issue. Surprisingly good overall experience.

Great location for slopes, chair lifts, bars, and eateries. The hotel is beautiful, warm, and friendly with excellent facilities. The spa center includes a pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, saunas, and treatments. The ski hire center is efficient. Food in the buffet restaurant is really nice with lots of choice.

The slopes were just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for skiing every day. I didn't have to worry about lugging my ski gear too far. The view from my room was breathtaking, with a perfect vantage point of the slopes. The pool and spa were a great way to unwind after a day of skiing, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. I had a wonderful stay at Bor and would recommend it to others.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Borovets. I was extremely impressed with the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service provided by the staff. Speaking of which, the staff were lovely and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The attention to detail in this hotel was evident, with the rooms being kept immaculately clean and furnished with good amenities, including a fridge. The location of the hotel was also a big plus - situated on a very quiet street in the old town of Borovets, but only a five-minute walk away from the gondola and the main squares. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The proximity of the hotel to the ski station was perfect for our skiing holiday. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There were a few basic amenities missing in the rooms, such as wifi, hair dryers, and kettles. This made it a bit inconvenient for us.

Great ski-in-ski-out location, perfect for hitting the slopes early in the morning. the rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds. the ski hire facilities were very convenient, allowing for easy storage of ski equipment.

The breakfast was not very varied, lacking in options. the hotel staff were not very attentive and it took a while to get service at the bar.
