Great location near shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked well, and the hotel offered good value for money. The dessert at the restaurant was delicious.

The breakfast area was smokey and could be improved; it would be better to have a non-smoking area available.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Veliko Tarnovo. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering all the amenities that were available. Secondly, the location of the hotel was great, with shops and the city centre just a short walk away. Lastly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. The attention to detail was remarkable, with clean and spacious rooms that featured a balcony with a lovely view. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and included a variety of options.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was impeccable and I couldn't find any faults.

Enjoyed our romantic escape with a stunning view from our balcony and a cozy atmosphere. Rooms were large and clean, and free parking and good wifi were available. Location was central and only a short walk to nearby attractions.

The noise from the busy street made it hard to rest during the night. the bathroom lacked a shower curtain, making it difficult to shower without flooding the toilet area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality at Elena! The reception lady was absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond to assist us. The recently renovated rooms were clean, spacious, and had a nice city view from the balcony. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the city center and a nearby bus stop. The free parking area and good wifi were also appreciated. I'll recommend this hotel.
