From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hospitality and value for money offered by this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the manager ensured that I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and tidy, with nice little touches like robes and slippers. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the city center and within walking distance of the gondola. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying, and the hotel facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch.

I had a fantastic stay at Iceberg hotel! the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. the lunch menu offered delicious and affordable food, and I loved the traditional Bulgarian interior of the tavern. the rooms were spacious and well-heated, and the brand new, clean bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. the small but well-equipped SPA center was a great additional benefit.
