Stayed for a business trip and was blown away by my accommodation. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Loved the robes and slippers, and the minibar and TV were super convenient. Breakfast had a good variety of options, both hot and cold. the hotel is in a prime location and I loved the fact it was close to great places to eat. the staff were friendly and incredibly efficient. I also enjoyed being able to catch up on work using the hotel's free wifi.

The noise from the neighboring building was a bit too loud, especially during the night. I think some more soundproofing measures could be put in place.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the room was spacious and clean, with a great view from the top floors. the Spa was impeccable and felt brand new. the receptionist was professional and friendly. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the old town, and the parking is safe. On St Valentine's Day, they even delivered complimentary cupcakes to my room. the hotel is a member of Radisson Individuals, which added to the overall quality of my stay. I was pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with my experience.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Plovdiv. the spacious room had a very comfortable mattress, and we were impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the staff at the front desk, who were all fluent in English, were extremely helpful and friendly. the location was convenient, just a short taxi ride or 20-minute walk to the charming old town. One of the highlights was the spa facilities, where we enjoyed excellent massages and spa treatments at a surprisingly low price, especially when compared to London. the breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food and drinks, making our mornings even more enjoyable. We were even pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded at no extra charge, and there was a thoughtful greeting card and chocolate waiting for us. It was a truly delightful experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for a memorable stay!
