The hotel is located near the old town, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a great view of the river and the surrounding area. The hotel provided a shuttle that transported guests to and from the surrounding areas. the Christmas decorations were beautiful.

The walls were very thin and we could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Veliko Tarnovo. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the charming town below and it was a perfect backdrop to our vacation. The location of the hotel was also great, with many restaurants and the Tsarevets fortress within walking distance. We were able to explore the area easily and enjoy the local cuisine. The room itself was spacious and well-lit, with comfortable amenities and reliable internet. The bathroom was also nice, with a deep bathtub and fluffy white towels. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items and offered outdoor seating for those beautiful sunny days. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, including thin walls and a confusing floor layout, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, stunning view, and comfortable accommodations.
