We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful meal in private. The service was excellent, with prompt room service and laundry facilities available. The airport shuttle service was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the ski slopes, making it easy for us to enjoy our skiing activities. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, as it provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent services and amenities.

The spa area was decent and provided a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of New Year's festivities. the location was also convenient for getting around town. Plus, the fire pit in the lobby was a nice touch and created a cozy atmosphere.

The customer service left much to be desired. Staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in helping guests with even the simplest requests.
