Pros the indoor pool was a total game, changer for a quick dip, and the staff, despite some minor flaws, were super, friendly and accommodating. Meals were surprisingly decent, keeping hunger at bay, while the overall cleanliness of the place was jaw, dropping. the location near the AMAZING waterpark was a major plus, and to top it off, the rooms were comfortable with complimentary minibar goodies. the nearby forest lent a refreshing aura to the air, and the peaceful vibe made for a chill stay. Special shoutout to the bubbly cleaning lady on the 6th floor who made our day brighter! .

The lifts moved at a snail's pace, and some areas lacked proper lighting. the rooms were cozy for families with little ones.
