Super cool hotel with mind-blowing facilities and outstanding service. The place is jaw-droppingly clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The food is varied and delicious. The pool area is fantastic, and the location is convenient for beach access and exploring nearby attractions. The entertainment activities are enjoyable, especially for kids. Definitely, a place to come back to!

Absolutely amazing hotel - inside & out. Great staff, including guys at the reception, Valentin the bartender - he was a great guy… and waiters at the restaurant. Room was clean, with a pretty big balcony - cleaning at least once a day, sometimes even twice. Free towels for the pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is about 5 minutes of walking from the hotel. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel opened until midnight.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located super close to a very good grocery store, making it easy to stock up on essentials. it is away from the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach, providing a more peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The entertainment provided at the hotel is great, offering guests a chance to unwind and have some fun.

The language barrier can be a challenge as there is not a great deal of English spoken by the staff.

The hotel had a great variety of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced comfort and quality services.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be very clean and modern. the food options were good and there was plenty of variety. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful beach and nearby attractions.

The beds were uncomfortable and made noise every time we moved. We had to pull them together to avoid the gap.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large, well-equipped bathroom. the towels and bed linen were changed regularly. We also enjoyed the large balcony with a table and seats, which provided a nice spot to relax. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was away from the busy central area but still close enough to attractions like Nesebar. the bus and land train stops were conveniently located near the hotel, making it easy to explore the area.

Another downside was the lack of tables and chairs in the poolside bar area. This resulted in guests having to sit on sun loungers to watch the evening entertainment, which was uncomfortable and not ideal.
