The location of this guesthouse couldn't be better - it is right in the heart of downtown Bansko and just a short walk to both the gondola and the center of town. We were thrilled to be so close to all the action, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local amenities. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The food was sometimes cold, which was a letdown.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming guest house in Bansko. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff. They even allowed me to check in early, which was a great start to my holiday. The location of the guest house was perfect, as it was close to both the center and the ski lift. I appreciated being able to easily access both areas. The small spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi was a nice bonus, providing a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, giving me the energy I needed for a day of skiing. The cleanliness and comfort of the guest house were exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the cozy yard with fir trees where I could sit and enjoy a moment of peace. I highly recommend this guest house for its excellent value for money and the personal touch provided by the owners.

The hotel offers a variety of breakfast options and the staff is friendly and hospitable. The hotel is located in a prime location and is walking distance to main attractions. The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds and clean linens.

The heating in the room wasn't very strong, which made it hard to dry our wet clothes after skiing. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor, making it tricky to use the toilet without getting your feet wet. While some staff were always around to assist, other staff members were sometimes hard to find.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The location is superb, right in the downtown of the city, close to the main pedestrian zone with all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues. The rooms are comfortable, with a big balcony and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided is simple but tasty, ensuring you start your day off right.

All was great, no improvements needed.
