The hotel room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the free coffee from the reception and the discount at a nearby restaurant. The parking area had cameras for security. Despite being a bit far from the city center, it was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk or a short drive. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby waterfall. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient amenities.

Impressive view of fortress light show. Neighbourhood safe with great river and forest perspective. Easy access to town center via bus. Helpful staff, good English speakers. Clean, spacious room with two balconies. Planning to visit again, recommended for nature and cozy town.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its attention to detail. From the clean and spacious rooms to the friendly and helpful staff, everything is well taken care of. Despite not having a view, the rooms are still worth the price as they are comfortable and come with a balcony. The location is also quite convenient, just a short drive away from the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel just outside the city center. The location was great, offering a stunning view over the city from the nearby Sveta Gora park. We even got to watch the amazing light show from Tsaravets fortress right from there. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee at the reception.

The neighborhood around the hotel was a bit sketchy, especially when walking back at night.

We spent our new year holiday in a wonderful location with breathtaking views. the quality of service provided by the staff was impeccable, with free coffee available at the reception desk. Our room was sparkling clean, spacious, and comfortable, with an equipped kitchenette and a large dining area.

The location wasn't ideal and required a taxi to get to the centre, while parking in the area was troublesome. the noise levels from the street and other rooms could be heard, and the shower in the bathroom wasn't practical.
