The staff is polite and check-in/check-out is hassle-free. The breakfast buffet offers a decent variety of options, including cereal, bread, fruit, vegetables, cold cuts. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, offering a pleasant atmosphere.

The toiletries provided were basic and not of great quality.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and even had a beautiful park, Tsar Simeonova Garden, right on our doorstep. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request.

I recently stayed at the Leipzig Hotel for a week-long vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their English skills were excellent. The included breakfast had a good selection and was convenient for starting the day. The hotel's location was fantastic, right next to the largest mall in the city with plenty of shops and eateries. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I was able to easily explore the city on foot, visiting attractions like the Singing Fountain and Alyosha monument.

Had a pleasant Easter stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. the staff were really nice and welcoming. the breakfast buffet was filled with fresh and delicious bites. the hotel is conveniently located near many local attractions and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the free parking and reliable Wi-Fi.

The room I stayed in was quite noisy with loud music playing till the early hours from the nearby bar and club. the room furnishings were a bit outdated and uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and filled with natural light from the windows overlooking the city. The view was simply stunning. The restaurant, although empty, surprised me with its delicious food and I ended up dining there twice. The hotel's central location allowed me to explore the city on foot, with the city garden park just steps away. Plus, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The added bonus of having a TV in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise, perfect for some "alone time".

I recently had a fantastic stay in Plovdiv, and there were several things that I really liked about the hotel. the location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and the main street. the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, I loved the jacuzzi in the apartments, although I didn't have a chance to use it. these were the standout aspects of my stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects that I feel obligated to mention. the carpet in the room was heavily stained and really needed to be cleaned or replaced.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant with an open space terrace. The parking was available, albeit at a cost, but it was worth it for the convenience. Moreover, the hotel's location made it easy to visit the Old Town and explore the Roman archeology sites, either by a 25-minute walk or a quick taxi ride. Lastly, I loved the unique feature of the TV system that allowed me to listen to music while taking a shower.
