We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a hotel in Bansko. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. The location was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Although the breakfast options were limited, the French Toast served was delicious. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bansko.

We had an amazing city break stay! the hosts were amazing, always nearby and incredibly helpful. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds super comfortable. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of Bulgarian-style foods. the hotel was located in a quiet area but close enough to the city center, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.

We couldn't find anything to complain about! the only minor issue was the sound of the ventilator in the bathroom, but it wasn't too disturbing.

The metro station to the airport was easily accessible, making transportation a breeze. the hotel had a beautiful garden where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view from the balcony. The bathroom was also spotless, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I was impressed with the facilities and advantages offered by this hotel.

That there were some noises from other guests during the night, which occasionally disrupted my sleep.
