Our group of friends has had the most mind-blowing experience at this hotel for the past 3 years! The rooms are super spacious, the breakfast is jaw-droppingly delicious, and the bar with its cozy fireplace is just perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Plus, the location is unbeatable - just a short stroll to the gondola and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The staff at the ski rental service were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our ski trip even more enjoyable. Excellent food, good price for buffet dinner. No slippers or wrapper in room, had to rent. No changing rooms at pool. Computers cost to use. Group stay was great, polite and helpful staff.

The rooms at Lion were clean, warm, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. We were impressed with the helpfulness of most of the staff, especially in organizing our transfers from the airport. The bar and restaurant were nice, and the food at breakfast had a good selection. We enjoyed the shuttle bus service to the gondola, which was convenient and saved us time. The pool and spa area were lovely, and the bar area with its open fires added a cozy touch.

The bedroom was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view from the balcony. The spa treatments were excellent and worth the money. The hotel is conveniently located near the town, restaurants, and ski hire shops. I also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the fireplace in the lobby. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Great experience at a hotel in Bulgaria during new year. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. the location was perfect, as it was close to the ski slopes and also walkable to the local town. the daily housekeeping was a plus, and we enjoyed the amenities offered by the hotel, such as the spa.

The food at the hotel could have been better. While there was a decent variety, the quality was not up to par.

The walls of the hotel were quite thin, causing noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard.
