We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the room was luxurious and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel is very family-friendly, with special bathrobes and slippers for kids, as well as a free playstation and games in the playroom. the pool was also a highlight, as it was warm and inviting. Another convenient feature was the exchange-money machine in the hotel, which came in handy when we needed cash.

We loved the location in a quiet area, the very clean rooms, the delicious food, and the use of L'occitane cosmetics. The staff were friendly and the Spa treatments were good value for money. The big parking spot and spacious rooms were also a plus. We enjoyed the big variety of indoor activities and the free shuttle to the ski track. The Wi-Fi was also good.

Just loved the small, cramped pool, the overpriced video game tokens and water, and the broken room telephone. So convenient!

Excellent spa facilities, relaxing stay. Nice, comfortable room. Exceptionally kind staff, especially Georgi at reception. Rich and good breakfast. Clean rooms. Child friendly with lots of activities for kids, even massage. Transitioned to a more mass market place.

A luxurious and exquisite hotel experience. Exclusive amenities, including an amazing Spa & wellness centre, with an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. the swimming pool is perfect for relaxation and a great way to cool off on a hot day. the massage and facial services were top-notch and the steam room felt rejuvenating. the dining experience was superb, with a stunning restaurant and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to outdoor activities. Cons: the outdoor swimming pool had an additional fee, but it was well worth it with its saltwater pool and sun loungers.

During my recent stay at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel Spa & Relax, I was delighted by the variety and deliciousness of the buffet breakfast. It truly satisfied my taste buds. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having coffee and tea provided daily. The hotel's location, although remote, was mitigated by the convenient bus service to and from the ski resort. Additionally, the spa facilities were satisfying overall, although I would have preferred a slightly higher water temperature. I highly recommend this hotel for its tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities.
