We had a great xmas break at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, welcoming us with sandwiches in the room. The spacious room with two small balconies was perfect for our family. The fully equipped kitchen and the two TVs were very convenient. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, with bars, restaurants, and market stalls nearby.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The food at the buffet was not up to our expectations, with some dishes being overcooked and lacking flavor.

Stayed at a fancy beachfront apartment with all the modern comforts, surrounded by palm trees and gardens. Enjoyed the diverse cuisine at the Rose Garden restaurant and had a great time exploring the facilities like the swimming pool and gym.

Couldn't find any swings or slides in the garden, big disappointment!

Our romantic escape was plagued by several negative factors like very disappointing food and a few problems with the room cleanliness. the hotel location was lovely, but we felt let down by the beach. We enjoyed the proximity of the room to the beach, and the fact that we could hear the waves from our balcony. the balcony was tiny, but it had two chairs that allowed us to sit outside and catch some sun. We also loved the fact that we could walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants.

We opted for the all-inclusive package, which was a big mistake. the lunch and dinner buffets were no better, with poorly cooked and preserved dishes.

This place is located right on the seashore, providing breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The location is also convenient, being near the Church in Old Town and just a short walk away from the harbor and shopping areas. The staff here is amazing, always friendly and willing to assist with any requests or needs. The room was spotless and the cleaning staff did a great job of keeping everything organized and tidy. The amenities provided, such as the mini-bar, in-room air conditioning, and flat-screen TV, enhanced the comfort of my stay. The Wi-Fi in the rooms also worked well, allowing me to stay connected during my visit.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location, pool overlooks the Black Sea. Reception helpful but limited problem-solving. Cleaning service excellent for long stays. Polite managers react promptly. Quality service, high-quality food, and impressive rose garden. Steps away from beach and restaurants, spacious room exceeded expectations.
