I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was great - just 11 km from the city center and conveniently close to the nearest subway station. Plus, it was only a short distance from one of the biggest malls in Sofia, The Mall. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had a charming ambiance, with chandeliers, columns, and beautiful murals. The attention to detail was evident, right down to the red lightbulbs chosen for the lamps. I found this hotel to be great value for money and would highly recommend it.

The reception staff at Hotel Montecito were incredibly accommodating and prepared a delicious carry out breakfast for me and my family when we couldn't make it to the buffet. They even included sandwiches, fruit, and bottled water. It was a lovely gesture that made our morning much easier.

The location was perfect for me as I had an early morning flight. the hotel staff was very helpful and arranged for a wake-up call and taxi to the airport. They even prepared a breakfast-to-go since I was leaving early. the room was clean, well-equipped, and had interesting wall decorations. I enjoyed the spaciality of mirrors everywhere in the room, which added to my experience.

The wifi was slow, and I had to struggle with a weak signal on the fifth floor. the air conditioning was not adjustable, and I had to operate it from the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel had a great children's play area where we could book them in and enjoy a meal at the restaurant nearby. The staff was friendly and the prices were affordable, making it a pleasant experience for families.
